WOYWW #175

Good morning everyone.
Cold and dark at this time of the morning here. Welcome to Autumn! Still, my studio is a beacon of light drawing me down the damp grass to share my space with all you lovely WOYWWer's this week. Hosted as always by the fab Julia of Stamping Ground.
As you can see, it is not as pristine as last week. Mark and I had a crafting session Monday so it has roadtested and passed, there is space for two. In the front is the beginnings of a project; yes, your eyes are not deceiving you; it is fabric..... The slim little cutting mat was a brilliant buy at a charity shop for a pound. It's perfect when I need to trim little things and my main mat is covered!
Then there are these Graphic 45 Halloween papers, pretty cool. A couple of loose journal pages that need to go back into my file-all Dylusioned up! And yes, a bit of Stampotique peeking out below that!
Lastly remember last weeks cupboard shot with the racks above? I've made a start on phase 2, they're all covered up but still easy to access. I'm beginning to add bits to it so it is my inspiration wall!  I've labelled the bottom so I know what's behind every flap and so far it is working for me.
Here is my world this morning.

Hi Neil - what a great idea go maximise your space. It is always great to be able to look at inspirational things but we cover our walls with the storage we need and this is a great way to have both! Happy WOYWW to your from Helen 57

Feels really wrong (and very cheeky!) to say what lovely 'flaps' so I hope you know what I mean! The journal looks amazing! Happy Wednesday! #42

We love your inspiration wall. We have a teeny inspiration notice board but would love a large space like this for our projects and ideas.

Oh man, that skinny cutting mat looks super handy!

I have a small one that I like, but a)it's no good for cutting long things and, more importantly, b)I cannot find it!

Ahhh, an inspiration wall sounds like a great idea.
That slim mat was a bargain at the thrift shop. I have seen a long slim one but as you say sometimes the big one is covered and that one is exactly what you need.
