Journal page

Good morning folks.
Hope you are all well. I've just finished another page in my art journal so I thought I'd share it with you before I start on the rest of my day.
On a dull and grey day there is not much more cheerful than pulling out the Dylusions; guaranteed to bright a lot of brightness to the day! The background has been created with inks and masks and a little perfect pearl shimmer too. On the right hand side I stamped one of the borders twice and coloured sections with the inks.
The houses were stamped onto white card and cut out. They've been coloured with a combination of Distress markers and Dylusions inks in fillable brushes before assembling as seen on the page to create my "city of fears and dreams" Once I was happy with the layout I glued down with matte multi medium.
The Tim Holtz sentiment was stamped onto card and cut out and glued with multi medium before colouring with Distress marker in Antique Linen to soften the white. Lastly I used black pen to scibble shadow lines and doodle the details.
A fun page that cheered me up this morning so I hope it cheers you up too. Hope you all have a fun and creative day.
