Canvas finished.

Good morning everyone.
Hope you all had a good and creative weekend. I had a good and busy one. On Saturday we went to the minifest day at The Craft Barn. Lovely to see so many people there and catch up a bit before heading off down to the seaside and a mooch though quaint shops. On Sunday I spent a lovely day in my craft room catching up on some stuff and also finally finished the canvas I've been working on.
Some of you may have seen this in progress but now it's done. (Well, maybe....) This is definitely a more is more canvas! There's embossed card, die cuts, flowers from old shoes, beads, texture paste, old jewellery bits, well you get the picture I'm sure
Love this old button of Julius Caesar. There's loads of paints, pastes and ink layers too. It took a while until I got to the right colours for me but that's half the fun.
Love these new light bulb embellishments from Ingrid Volme that I picked up at That Craft Place in Eastbourne. (A lovely craft shop!) The polymer clay faces add a quirky touch (There are a couple on here, did you find the other one?)
All in all this was a great piece to do; and even if I'm not smiling in the photo I still like it! Right, I'd better get going as I have a friend coming round to do some crafting so better try to clean it up a bit before he arrives! Can't think of a better way to enjoy my last day of leave, crafting with a friend.
Have yourselves a lovely day folks.

Excellent canvas. Love all the textural detail and the muted colours are brilliant. Very moody. Enjoy the afternoon crafting . P xx
