Bit of a catch up time

Good morning friends.
It's been a busy few days here at Walkerville... Starting on Friday for my Secrets of Rusty Things class at The Craft Barn. It was a good day, learning how to create aged metal effects to create this fun book box.

Also, last week I forgot to share this fun canvas I made using the Lindsay Mason stamps. I really had a good time doing this.

It was great to find a place to add these rusty washers. I can't help but pick them up when I see them in the street!
If you pop over to the post on The Craft Barn Blog HERE, there is a downloadable PDF with all the how to make pics and instructions too.

Then it was last minute prepping and packing for Sunday for my second class, exploring textured journal backgrounds, down at That Craft Place in Eastbourne. It was a delightful day. Such lovely folks and all absorbed and enjoying the session.
Of course, it would be rude not to start the day by saying good morning to the sea.

The concentration levels were high, Everyone absorbed in that lovely creative space.

During the course of the day we were looking at different ways of adding texture and interest to backgrounds. The results were fabulous backgrounds that you just want to touch.

Of course, a little retail therapy was inevitable....
Gorgeous and reasonably priced charms just begging for a lick of paint and ink.  Don't you think these colours of Archival are lovely.
And look, the Easter Bunny came to tea, he'll be part of our table this year. So, there you have a little round
up of my busy but lovely weekend. now to unpack, finish of class samples and in between that, go to work too, hope you have a great week everyone.
