Journal pages

Good afternoon friends
I trust that this finds you all well. It seems to have been a while since I last blogged so I apologise. I've been working on stuff that is taking longer to finish as well as other bits that can't be shared quite yet. In between that I've been sneaking stolen moments in my journals and here are a few that are now finished.
So there's this one; a reminder to me that I don't have to need anything to have a conversation with God.
Another reminder, I don't know about you but in today's world where we are surrounded by a media system that paints everything with a brush of negativity, I need reminders like this to help keep positive.
Then, I love this page; A page about my number uno, mostest inspiring bestest artist; Alan Lee.
The border is created using my border stamps. Dylusions inks and my masks form the background.
The main image is printed and adhered down with matte medium before inking in with Distress Inks in Tea Dye and Gathered Twigs.
I've detailed in with Distress Markers too.
Then this page reminds me of the importance of the choices we make. I have to say that Einstein had some amazing things to say!

Last one, I'm not sure if I've shared this yet but I didn't think I had!  Again, a Dylusional background with added detailing using my masks.

Hope you all enjoy the afternoon and I'll see you later, maybe.........

Some excellent pages there Neil, with a good message and very thought provoking. I love the word "enough" and always say that's all we need. Too much is often worse than too little. I'm blessed with enough.
