Play Date Cafe Challenge 64

Hi there
Over at the Cafe (Link on my sidebar)  Julie has chosen a gorgeous colour pallette. I was going to do an 8 x 8 scrapbook layout but my embellishment turned out too big so I ended up with a 12 x 12 instead!

Here is my entry this week

I embossed the beige and grey paper with a cogs and wheels embossing folder. For the step by step directions for making the flower embellishment go HERE I mounted everything as shown. The words were printed on a Dymo labeller in clear tape and the old jewellery was added to finish.

Hope you enjoy it and perhaps you will enjoy making the flower too
Be blessed in your creativity today

Hi Neil - that flower is a great way to showcase the blue element of the colour challenge this week! - great effect of the patterned reverse showing through! And that photo is lovely - looks like a beautiful place for a picnic! Thanks for playing along at the PDCC this week :)

Fantastic use of the colours, and so much texture. But the star of the show has to be that flower - awesome.
