Twelve Tags of 2014 - March

Good morning friends.
I am determined to keep up with the Tim Holtz  tags this year so here is my take on the March tags......
I was quite pleased to see the stamps that Tim used primarily because I received the smaller image set of stamps the day before. As my images were smaller I made my tags smaller too and when finished I stapled the two together onto a large tag to keep uniformity with the other tags.
I kept to a similar technique throughout the tags with a couple of exceptions. I don't have a spritzer (yet) so just blended some Distress ink through the doily stencil I do love the overall feel of this tag and I can see me re doing it when my spritzer arrives......
I choose to use some of the industrious stickers as my base trim rather than a word band.
One of my favourite elements is the egg and the way it is layered together.  This was a lovely tag to do and I can see me using something similar for my Easter decor this year. As ever, all the details can be found on Tim's blog post HERE and you can link up your version too.

great take on the tag Neil - I have virtually nothing for this one so my attempt will be quite different! xx

The egg really did come out nice. While I truly enjoy playing along with Tim's tags, I haven't been keeping up so far in 2014. I figure one of these weekends I'll be in the mood to just create and will create all of them in one go.
