WOYWW #249

Hi there.
I hope you are all well. I'm being a bit hit one miss one with WOYWW lately. Life is being a bit manic of  late but I thought I'd grab the chance to take some pics of my place before I begin to tackle round five of the projects I need to get sorted........ So here, just because Julia at Stamping Ground says we must, is my little slice of crafting heaven.......
I stole a moment before heading off to work to take the photos, hence the little ray of sunshine. Rather cluttered, but it won't take long to declutter for the next phase.....
So, firstly, look what my postman delivered this morning................ Happy chappie, I don't care what some folks say, I fell in LOVE with this when I had a chance to work with it. The quality is fab and I am going to really enjoy using it. I have some ideas to try and test with it too.
Moving off the desk momentarily, this is one of my next projects, I altered this very quickly for last year's Pirate day and now I want to go back and do it properly with some extra additions......
Back to the desk; this is the class sample for next month's class at The Craft Barn which is one of the prime causes of the mess on my desk. The light is rather weird here, it is not too garish in reality.......
So, there is my little world this morning.... of stage are about 7 other things on the go, all DT and class bits so at the moment I really don't know whether I am coming or going; it's all good fun though.
Here's wishing you a fun and creative week ahead.

I didn't hesitate over the spritzer too and was really pleased with my 1st attempts to use it. Now I just need to find somewhere to hide it from the kids - or I shall have to buy them one of their own!

I haven't heard anything about the spritzer, it seems a natural progression of product to me...and hey, if it gets an effect without clogging up a spritzer, I'm all for it!

Love the spritzer, hope you enjoy using it. I have had one for years but not used it much then Tim started using them so I might get my old one out and give it another go. I know the feeling, it's hard work visiting the desks when you are so busy but people are so kind that they deserve a comment too. Happy crafting, Angela #59

there is a lot of fun to see on your desk but the thing that has me grinning from ear to ear is the Pirate pistol :)

I am looking forward to see how that evolves.

Hi Neil,

I imagine the spritzer will be fun to work with. I wondered what that metal thing was on your desk - and am still wondering?!?

Thanks for stopping by already.

The spritzer looks like fun -- I'd probably get more use out of my markers if I had one. Your desk does look incredibly busy! Happy WOYWW on Thursday! ~ Laura #14

Awesome looking desk and projects going on! I love my spritzer and have found all sorts of uses for it...no more canned air cause you can get a blast of air out of the tip to move ink around on card...I also tried putting a little inker refill on the tip of the marker and spritzing to get bigger drops..worked. I have noticed that the marker gets a lot drier quicker without adding the drop and when it does I just add a drop to the tip to "prime the pump" so to speak! Like I said I love the spritzer too! Thanks for sharing and have a great week. Vickie aka okienurse #72

Sorry I'm late returning your visit. It's been a busy life-gets-in-the-way type of week. I saw that spritzer on Bella's blog, too.

Happy very belated WOYWW from #7.

Interesting that Tim Holtz has brought out one of these spritzers. I had one years ago - a kid's airbrushing set, and when I had a major clear-out a few years ago, I got rid of it as I'd never used it. Now I wish I hadn't!

I'm not getting round many desks at all this week because we are out such a lot with various celebrations for my hubby's retirement, our 2 birthdays and our 28th wedding anniversary yesterday (Saturday). It's a very busy time!

Happy belated WOYWW,
