WOYWW 235 - The Christmas edition with a teeny "desk"

Good morning friends
Welcome to another What's on your Workdesk Wednesday; the brainchild of Julia from Stamping Ground; follow the link HERE to get access to the world of international desks!

Unfortunately, no access to my crafty man cave today as it is full of something I can't share today so I thought I'd share some of my home dressed up for the festive season. (And, there is a teeny tiny desk too!)
Starting in the lounge; this is our tree; stuffed to the gills; but every ornament has a memory.
Over the fire place is an illuminated garland and the angel.
At the bottom of the fireplace Santa swings his garland. When we bought him (Years ago, I almost made the mistake of buying one that "sings" as well as moves. Luckily at the last minute I came to my senses and realised the tinny voices would drive me mad!)
Our Advent calender sits in the corner, each drawer has a decoration that hooks onto the central scene.
My Victorian dome in the entrance has been changed to Christmas too, the tree is made from Snowflake rosettes.
Dining room tree, a black tree with only gold and autumn colours. It looks lovely in the soft light, much better than in the photo!
And, to keep true to today; my "desk" Impressive isn't it?
Look, an overview, you can see some paper mache chests I'm working on and an early Christmas present
The Octopode Nativity images. I love them and at 11 last night I was playing with them already!
So, there is my festive world today! Hope you all have a great day too.

Hello there. Well you've made us feel all cosy and festive with the shots of your decorations. How lovely but thank goodness you didn't buy the singing Santa, we don't think they're good for sanity!

Really enjoyed having a nose around today! Making me want to put my decs up and I love the higgledy piggledy tree with all the sentimental ornaments. Mine is very similar and never looks 'designer' because of the mixture of ornaments. Like you, every one has a memory. Love that advent calendar too. Thanks for sharing - I've waffled on a bit sorry!

Oh such festive gorgeousness! As you can imagine, from the photo I shared today, I don't have room for a tree or indeed any decorations.. (sobs!) but yours, full of happy memories are just lovely. Helen 37

Thanks for showing us around your cozy and festive abode today! I've never seen those more modern Nativity images -- you should have a lot of fun with them. Happy WOYWW. ~ Laura #84

Thanks for the view of your Christmas decor. The tree under the dome is so pretty.

I think most of us agree going with the NON-singing Santa was a wise choice!

Happy creating and Happy Woyww,

Super festive post Neil. I haven't even thought of decs yet and they'll have to wait until we return from the Lake District next week.
Must admit that I'm well impressed by your mini makeshift desk this week and I bet you've made some wonders on it.

Hi Neil, I love your Christmas decorations and that you have two trees at least, the dome is adorable!
My DH hates putting up the decorations, and will leave it until Christmas eve if he can, or let my son put them up! We are decorating so that will be the excuse, can't possibly put them up until this room is painted.... and they are down before New Year, he wouldn't let me put a second tree in the dining room, and tries to get rid of some of the decorations every year if he can!
