Good morning peeps
Hope you are all well. I am beginning to feel much better after spending about 12 hours in my little studio yesterday ! Good headway on some work as well as some me time.......
So, what can I share with you today? Quite a bit really so grab a cuppa
First up is my project for Katzelkraft. I've had this wood journal for a while and when I first saw it I thought that the unusual hinge system would be suited to a more industrial theme as opposed to the baby's first book that it was! Then I saw Tim's September tag HERE and that kicked my inspiration into top gear so instead of a tag, I used the technique to alter this! I won't give details of the technique here as the details are all there if you follow the link above.
All the stamps are from Katzelkraft HERE, and the blog post for it is HERE. (I'd love it if you'd pop over there and say hi so they know you've been!)
So what else? Well there's this journal page which I finished
I used Dylusions,Inks and stamps, Tando masks, Reindeer flight die, Liquid pearls and a quote from Andy Warhol. I had fun with this.
I guess I'll leave it at that for now before you are all brain dead; after all, I know it's been a bit of a famine here over the last month so I mustn't over feed you today!
Hope you all have a blessed and creative day wherever you are....
Just before I leave though; last Friday I did my journalling #3 class at The Craft Barn which was great fun.
Here they are all busy
If you've done my Journalling #1 class you may be interested to know that there's been a change to the schedule and on Friday 14th September I'll be doing Journalling #2 at The Craft Barn. So if you want to build on the foundation do come along and join us and learn how to add texture and interest to your backgrounds developing from the first class. All the booking details are HERE.

Your transformed journal is fantastic. The metal technique certainly does translate brilliantly from Tim's tag to your covers. Inspired. Good to see all the fruits of your labour after a well-deserved few hours in your craft room. :) Px
Hi Neil, just love the faux industrial technique on your book, fabulous effects.
Have a great week.

I love your 'masculine but with a feminine touch' journal! I adore the lady image and I'm off to find out more about that one! The other page is delightful too and the colours are devine.
