Necklace

Good Morning folks
Thought I'd share this with you quickly this morning. No stamping required! It's a necklace I made for my daughter.
Using an ornate key along with some wings and Idea-ology tags and a strong glue to adhere. This is the front. I love the different colours though the morning light is not showing it properly; the yellow brass of the key, silver wings and the orange/reds of the tag all work together really well!
There's lovely detail on the wings too. I used a philosophy tag on the back so it is neat too.
I like the way it turned out. She loves this style so I know that she will wear it often and enjoy having something unique!

I hope you all have a blessed and special Easter weekend; remembering the sorrow and pain of Christ's death on the Cross is tempered by the joy of new life to come as we celebrate His resurrection.

Whatever your plans this weekend. I hope you have a good one.

Hi Neil
Love the necklace and I am sure your daughter will love it too!!
I sat in bed this morning (day off work!!) with a cup of tea and put on your photo slide show. You have so many inspiring project especially your altered art. I really enjoyed looking at them. I have now purchased a couple of wooden birds from Matalan and I am going to have a go at altering one!!
Have a lovely Easter with your family.
