Metal and acetate at The Craft Barn

Hi there.
Over at The Craft Barn blog this week we are exploring metal and acetate and today it's my turn. I made a tag using acetate and metal.
All the details of how can be found by clicking the link but here's a peek to whet your appetite!
Do pop on over to see the full tag let us know what you think. There are so many different things you can do with metal and acetate and there are plenty of fabulous ideas there this week so I hope you have fun playing along with us!
Have a blessed and creative day.

I just had to pop along and take a look and, as usual, am left gasping at how stunning your work is ... these tags are just amazing! Are the butterflies cut from metal or did you "grunge" them to look like metal? I recognise the butterfly as being the same as my Tim Holtz Movers & Shapers one and am keen to know what I can, and can't put through my Vagabond! You really make me want to experiment Neil and am so keen to learn! Thanks, Debbie #84

Loved the idea of using the acetate. I've had a go but I go more paint on me and my craft mat than on the acetate. Any tips Neil on how to make my paint application look as good as yours?!

Thanks for your prompt reply! I've had another go but I clearly need to keep trying. So good to see your work at the Craft Barn today and again, thanks so much for all the tips and for being the cause of my purse weighing much less when I left!!I really love the techniques you were demo-ing and you have certainly inspired my sister and I.
