I can do clean and simple too!

Hi there;
Just wanted to share this card which is one I made for my daughters birthday today with this fabulous stamp from Katzelkraft of a Galleon sailing off. I really love it.
Yes, not really my usual pile it on style! However sometimes I do like to try to surprise you.....
Seriously though; it's the thoughts that mean the most in this case as it's all about how the journey into adulthood is just beginning.

I used distress inks for the sun and sea. I pressed a brown Distress ink pad onto a craft sheet and spritzed with water to create the colour to paint the ship and sails. All done on one piece of white card and mounted onto a black card.
Hope you like it. Remember that Katzelkraft are available exclusively from the Craft Barn here in the UK or from their web shop based in France. If you have not taken a look at their stamps yet, you are missing a treat!
Be blessed

Great Card Neil, as you say not your usual style, but excellent job. Bet it was hard not to at least grunge the edges. Hugs from Heidi x
