Been having a bit of a play this morning before I have to head off to work. If you are anything like me I know you always try to get the most out of your craft supplies, especially the dies. Well, Fanciful flight was the first Tim Holtz die I bought as I really liked it, but there is a limit to how many butterflies you can use on projects so it does seem to hang around doing nothing quite a bit.......... But not any more! I was sitting and thinking a bit, yes, very dangerous, I know but I wondered whether I could use the die in another way.
The short answer is yes, you can make flowers with it! like this one on this gift box

I love this!!! I've not bought that die as I thought it very limiting - as you said, how many butterflies can one make? But this flower - love it!! TFS!

Neil, Love what you did with this die! This is the first of Tim's dies I bought too. His dies are so versatile, but I had not thought of the flower for this one. Love the way you think!
