A busy few days

Hi there friends.
I hope you are well. It's been a busy few days for me, all good fun though.
On Friday I was at The Craft Barn (Remember too, that to celebrate the launch of their new website, there is free postage on all UK orders and free for all other orders when you spend over £30.00 !) for a book making class, inky fingers and getting to grips with the Bind-it-all to create a travel journal.

Saturday was running around, getting sorted and packed ready for Sunday when I was spending the day down at That Craft Place in Eastbourne demoing all sorts of lovely inky painty techniques. It was a thoroughly enjoyable and busy day !

Getting sorted, still clean and tidy hands too......
Clean hands didn't last long though.

I enjoyed the day very much so thank you Lisa, for inviting me, and thank you too to everyone who came along. I was shattered when I got home though so did not pack anything away. That was a bad move really as it meant I had about 7 bags to unpack and sort out in my crafty man cave before my buddy Mark arrived for the day! I made it; just; and we had a good day catching up and also managed to get a fair amount of crafting done too. I was working on some of the journal pages from Sunday, as well as a  papermache chest, while Mark was working on altering a cigar box.
While I'm writing this, I'm sitting in the lounge being distracted by the twinkling lights from the Christmas tree and reflecting on life. I feel blessed and fortunate.
Hope you all have yourselves a very pleasant evening too.

Looks like you had an inky painty good time. That gear/cogs piece is fab! Love the colors on that one!

Glad you could make use of the photos! As you can tell from my posts on Lisa's page, you've really inspired me. Thank you for coming and igniting me!
