Valentine Challenge journey - day 5

WOW, time just seems to fly at the moment. Hope you all had a good weekend and welcome to day 5. Welcome Heidi; hope you are having fun catching up! ( here are the details if anyone else wants to play along! http://neelzexpressionz.blogspot.com/2011/01/valentine-challenge-anyone-want-to-play.html )

So, without further ado, here is ATC number 5

For the base ATC I inked up an embossing folder with Fired brick Distress ink and ran through the cuttlebug. I then overstamped  the ATC with a script stamp in brushed corduroy Distress Ink and lightly inked the edges. The V is grunge inked with Fired brick and covered in red distress stickles.
I stamped the lady image (Crafty Individuals) in black stazon onto a dull silver paper, cut out and mounted as shown. Another silver heart charm to finish....
Hope you enjoy doing this one today.
Be blessed in your art

  1. Gorgeous, Neil! I'm really loving the background on this one! Need to find me some of those fabby heart charms. Thanks for visiting my blog. Sorry not much there to inspire. I own a truckload of Timmy product but seem to never have the time to experiment with them much. You certainly do inspire me, though. xxD

  2. O.K. Neil, count me in for your Valentine Challenge using ATC's. Those prizes are just too good to pass up. I have been working all day to catch up, and must say I have enjoyed every minute!! Oh Yeah, could you have not warned us "newbies" about those dang little Micro Beedz??? I dug through my stash, and found three unopened packages of them...well, lets just say I used to have three packages! I'm not saying another word. Linda S. in NE
